Telehealth doctor visits are becoming increasingly common and convenient. At Nantz Orthodontics we are happy to provide virtual appointments, remote monitoring and patient text lines to make connecting with our doctors as easy as possible.
Interested in a new smile? New patients can get started with our smile uploader to learn about treatment options and receive their personalized treatment plan from the comfort of their home.
Here’s how it works:
Simply visit our Virtual Consult page (link to page) to begin. Answer a few questions and upload five photos of your smile. Submit the form and you are done! It’s quick and easy to do—the whole process will only take you a few minutes.
Dr. Nantz will review your pictures and information and come up with the best treatment plan for your needs.
We will contact you with your smile assessment and give you more information about options. Our treatment coordinator can answer any follow up questions and schedule you for a digital scan using our state-of-the-art iTero scanner.
Once you join the Nantz Orthodontics family, we can even schedule your check-ups virtually as well.
